I’m a full-time mum of 2 munchkins (and soon-to-be 3), part-time “education consultant”/babysitter of young adults, former fashion addict, and occasional blogger. This blog is a little insight into my world, and my space where I get to talk about stuff that’s not about princesses, trucks or dinosaurs.
If you’re a mum/wife/woman/person looking for assurance that there are others out there whose lives are just as crazy as yours, welcome.
Since becoming a mum I’ve been aiming to live a simpler, more mindful life to be a better mum to my kids, a more relaxed wife to my husband, and a better person to myself. It’s not always successful but this blog documents a little bit of the journey of how I’m trying to reach that simplicity, including buying better and more sustainably, creating a more mindful space at home, and trying to be more organised!
Here you’ll find posts about motherhood, life with kids, my personal style, fashion and style inspiration, and hacks to help improve your home (and hopefully your life). I’ve also blogged about thrifting and sustainable fashion, as well as DIYs and refashions (which includes a lot of knitting and crochet projects).
The non-fun disclosure FYI stuff: This blog is a personal life and style blog written by me, and my opinions are completely my own. Occasionally in my posts I will include affiliate links to websites, products and/or services that I support and personally use. When you click on these links and purchase items, I receive a commission. In addition, I accept free products and services from companies and organisations that I believe in and personally endorse; this will be clearly identified in posts where applicable. Any content, advertising space or post that has been paid for or sponsored will also be clearly identified. If a post has been sponsored or if compensation has been received, I will always provide my honest opinion and experience, and all sponsored posts will be marked as such. I will only ever include and recommend websites, products and services I personally use and love. Thank you for your support!
