Happy winter solstice everyone. To mark the shortest day of the year, Sydney decided to turn on some rather windy and chilly weather.
I know I’ve forgotten to do these kind of posts over the last couple of weeks – deadlines at work and having two little ones makes life a little crazy – but I promise I’ll try to do this on a regular basis!
Thank you lovely people for your well wishes! I’m feeling a lot better, even if the cold and cough haven’t gone away. It was a long weekend in Sydney this weekend and I spent most of it gloriously outfitted in tracksuit pants and wellington boots as my husband and I caught up on household chores that we normally don’t get…
It’s Day 5 of the flu bug and I’m still feeling crappy. However, thank you to those who have wished me well, you’ve put a smile to my face 🙂
Another instalment of my work outfits in advance, and this time I think my flu bug has affected my mood and style.
I couldn’t wait to wear the black dungarees I mentioned in my previous post on my outfit inspirations for this newly acquired item of clothing. Today happened to be the perfect day for it, as it rained for most of the day – to the point that I think Noah is building another ark somewhere.
I don’t post about my work outfits as much as I would like, as typically I’m in a rush in the mornings to get to the office and I don’t have the time to look for a spot to find good lighting, set up the camera, make sure no-one’s looking etc.
I said this about the first week of my autumn capsule, but I’ll say it again for my winter capsule: I’m excited about it.
First winter capsule wardrobe outfit and I think I’ve already identified a potential casualty.
I’ve been planning it for a few weeks now, and what with the cold starting to bite here in Sydney it really is time to get this winter capsule wardrobe started.
